WHEN PRACTICALITY MEETS SERVICE

Belly Sling

Not all Belly Slings/Straps within the marketplace are the same.

Belly straps were originally designed to aid a dog for any of the symptoms outlined below. The main problem is that they have a habit of tightening up and becoming more belt like when you take the strain to walk your dog. This tightening up is not good because not only is it uncomfortable for the dog, but, this applies pressure to the stomach or chest areas. The slings need to remain flat allowing the pressure to spread out evenly.

Our Belly sling is different. Here are some symptoms that our slings are great for

  • Arthritis

  • Cruciate ligament injuries

  • Hip or elbow dysplasia

  • Spinal injury

  • Degenerative myelopathy

  • or anything that makes them limp and requires support

What makes our slings so much better than others within the marketplace?

A lot of belly slings are made with a sheepskin like interior covering and sold as being comfortable for your dog to wear. The truth is:

1. If your dog urinates on this, for hygiene reasons, the sling needs to washed and will be out of action until its dried.

2. In addition, when lifting the dog or walking, these other slings will normally tend to tighten up and dig into your dog’s stomach – much like a thin belt, making it very uncomfortable for the dog.

We have developed a much better product which is no more expensive (even cheaper in most cases) then the others.

Our belly slings are made from a thick exterior nylon material with a soft nylon material within the interior. This is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. To avoid the main belly strap tightening and misshaping when in use, we have inserted half and inch to 1 inch of soft foam. This allows for the sling to maintain its shape, allowing even weight distribution and creating maximum comfort for your dog. The handles are adjustable to suit the handler.

We are a UK based company and offer worldwide shipping to allow everyone to assist and support their dogs in their time of need!
