KISS, an acronym for Keep It Simple, Stupid. The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated; therefore, simplicity should be a key goal in design, and unnecessary complexity has been avoided.

The GenX harness was designed on this basis, first introduced by us some 10 years ago. The GenX harness is a well-made harness that has the comfort, practicality and mobility of the dog at heart... just as importantly, ease of use for the handler.

It has been designed so that it is excellent for not only walking active dogs but is perfect for older dogs as well as pre or post operation surgery dogs. This is achieved by the handler offering support to the dog using the handles. Also invaluable for aiding your dog up the stairs, or, in and out of the car.

The interior has been designed to be breathable, allowing the harness to be left on the dog for longer periods with only two clips to fasten.  There are also comforter pads surrounding all the webbing straps across the chest, belly and neck areas to avoid chafing and these comforters also helps to allow for weight distribution and stops the straps digging into the relevant areas.
